Tim is an experienced General Contractor and Real Estate Developer. He completed a double major in Logistics and Marketing from the Max Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University. He enjoys using his knowledge of transportation modes and supply chain management techniques to procure products from lower priced markets. Tim prides himself in making sure projects and labor are cost effective and finished ahead of schedule. He is a Big Brother and supporter of many other charities.
Tim spent several years working as a Production Manager at one of the nation’s largest home builders.
There he learned state of the art construction techniques and scheduling methods to maximize building efficiencies. He has since applied these skills to the custom home market. This venture has been both successful and fulfilling.
