Parade of Homes Update

The 2010 Parade Home will take place on for St. James Plantation Property Owner’s only on October 9-10th from 9am-5pm. For Everyone else, Parade of Homes will be October 16-17th & 23-24th from 12-5pm.
The home being presented in the
Parade of Homes is close to being finished!
Latest Details:
– The Landscaping will be
starting this week
– The Power should be turned on this week
– Energy Star Inspection is to take place soon after power is on
– The Trex deck is currently under construction
