The Parade of Homes is upon us! Watch our video and walk through the highlights of this St. James home with Jeff Satterwhite for a sneak peak at what you will see during the Parade of Homes 2010.
The 2010 Parade Homes will be open for St. James Plantation Property Owner’s for POA Weekend during the time below:
Date: October 9-10
Time: 9am-5pm
There will be 2 other weekends available to see the Parade of Homes for the public which are:
Date: October 16-17, & October 23- 24
Time: 12-5pm

Woodlands Park
St. James Plantation, Southport, 28461
Directions:
– Start out on St. James Drive (the main road)
– Right on Member’s Club Blvd
– Right West Medinah
– Right on Morningdale dr.
– Straight through the stop sign
– Left on Parkridge ( around the circle)
– Right on Oak Forest
– Brick House on Left
